The project’s success has positioned Amy Allen as an authority in the SEND recruitment industry, addressing critical pain points and setting new standards for engagement and support within the sector. It has also catalysed a significant increase in contacts and partnerships, allowing Senploy to further expand its reach and impact. As a result, the initiative has not only fulfilled its original goals but also set the stage for sustained growth and influence in the SEND community.
Furthermore, it marked the start of a new era of marketing for the brand. This successful activity led to our partnership evolving to a wider 360 approach encompassing PR, blog creation, and social media strategy.
The team at Hop&Co. came up with the idea of the Senploy Spotlight Sessions to boost brand awareness. This mini-campaign highlighted impactful conversations with experts in the SEND field via a series of long-form videos on YouTube, that were then shared via cross-platform promotion. Content was also repurposed into short-form videos for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn, thus amplifying the audience reach.
We launched the campaign in November 2023 with a solo video of Amy on YouTube, serving as the series' anchor and introducing the audience to the Spotlight Sessions.
Spotlight Session teasers were shared across all Senploy social media platforms ahead of the long-form content's official publish date, capturing compelling moments and encouraging viewers to watch the full video.
The following weeks of the transformative series saw industry leaders and experts joining Amy to share thought-provoking insights and inspiring stories around the intricacies of SEND employment and education. The engaging conversations shed light on a range of topics from the triumphs, challenges, and transformative moments that shape the lives of SENCOs to the ever-evolving landscape of special educational needs and disabilities, potential misconceptions surrounding candidate experiences, the pivotal role of education marketing, and the significance of stakeholder engagement in the sector.
